Founded in North Texas by KoKo Powell, Sexy After 30 is a movement geared towards men and women over thirty-years-old who have overcome various traumatic life events, including abuse, and physical challenges. It is designed to support and foster self worth and sexiness. Powell, a breast cancer survivor who thought the need to celebrate individuals who overcome challenges. Chapters of Sexy Over Thirty are spreading through 56,000 member Facebook page. Members attend regular meetings and are required to volunteer with organizations benefiting the homeless, the en-firmed and victims of violence and abuse. |
